A couple months ago, one of my friends asked what the single most important quality in a leader is. He got several answers and at the time I had my own, but this really got me to thinking about what is “True Leadership”.
I started to look back in time at all of the different leaders that have existed and pull out the common traits I saw. What I found, in my opinion, is the essence of what True Leadership is all about, and how anyone, no matter what their life circumstances, can change their life starting today by implementing what I am going to share with you right now.

Small Characteristics that add up to a bigger picture. Leadership is so important. Character & Integrity were top notch qualities of great Leaders of the past. Vision & Courage are right up there also! Love History, have you read the book, "The Centurion Principles?" Awesome!
